Prelicensing Course (5 Hour Class)

Service Description

The Pre-Licensing class (5 hour class) is a state mandatory course taught via ZOOM, providing students with knowledge to apply behind-the-wheel. All students must have either a photo ID learner's permit or a NY state photo ID and interim/paper permit-- no exceptions. A link will sent out 48 hours before the start of class with a ZOOM link and credentials. We recommend students first take the 5 Hour Class first, then plan their lessons around the road test date. After two business days, a certificate of completion (form MV-278) will be created. We retain the certificate for package students, so your instructor will bring it the day of your road test. All other students may pick it up from our Hollis branch during office hours. A 4% service charge is added for all credit/debit card transactions.
